PayPal already suspend many account of PTC owner,
and most of PTC owner forced to change payment processor.
Payment processor available: E-Gold, MoneyBookers, AlertPay and LibertyReserve.
Advantage:
MoneyBookers – Higher security
LibertyReserve – Higher security and convenient, can withdraw to many country bank
E-Gold – Very international friendly
AlertPay – Easy to use…
Disadvantage:
MoneyBookers – Not accept many country
LibertyReseve – Less site accept [...]

What a shock!
PayPal suspend account of most PTC owner.
All owner required to apply their document before they can get their account back.
Most of PTC failed to do this,
and losing their PayPal account,
included their balance.
Now many PTC start to search for new payment processor.
